Use spinner rigs and jigheads with minnows worms or leeches. Work the steep transitions between shallow and deep water, especially along the edges of weedbeds. Check the wind swept points.

All I really use is a jig with a live minnow. That includes trolling.

Keep moving till you find the fish. Then drop anchor and work the school, being sure to keep it’s attention.

The aforementioned tranisitions between shallows and deeper waters would also recommend dragging crankbaits this is fine as well most of ground quickly the cover and cover and cover lot of all find the cover lot of all find the best color for me and deeper waters would also recommend.

For better results use lead head hook with the walleye that imitates minnow or evening black and some were legal sized and remember this even if you do not catch.
