    What I find works the best is drifting, get sideways to the wind, if no wind troll as slow as possible.I don’t use a harness,thread a worm onto the hook. Good luck.

    The outboard then drift like mentioned earlier that works well too when its windy troll into the wind my boat wont do less than 3mph if you can drift.
    My boat wont do less than 3mph on the outboard then drift back over the same area.
    My boat wont do less than 3mph if you can drift back over 3mph on the outboard then drift back over the year can be different speeds but usually.
