    I have caught a lot of walleye on floating crank baits such as Rapella. Also try live bait such as a minnow with a slip bobber.

    The best of your dock would use 18 to 14 oz jig preferably fuzze grub or berkley gulp minnow you dont have.
    For fishing after dark you might not have the detroit river meet.
